We had a bit of a hiccup, but we now have everything resolved! We will be processing shipping payments on July 30th at 12:00 PM MDT!
Orders will begin going out promptly starting at the end of this week.
Please be aware, that if shipping does not process your order will be delayed! So please update the information in case there is an issue with processing.

Pins have arrived--waiting on Charms and Stickers

Happy July Every one!
We are so happy to announce that all the pins have been received! We are now just waiting on charms and stickers, which should arrive to us by the end of the Month.
The first week of August, we should begin shipping all pins out!
Next Monday, July 14th, we will charge cards for shipping/add-ons. Please be sure to update your card information to ensure that transactions go through smoothly!
At the end of July, we will send another update locking addresses, and in August begin shipping orders out!
Shipments will happen in two batches:
- Pin Only orders
- Pin + Stickers/Charms
Those who will receive a freebie sticker/pin will receive it automatically, depending on how many pins you pledged for!

Pin Update!

Chibi Tail pins have almost completed production!
We anticipate beginning to ship the last week of July/Beginning of August!
Please be sure to update your addresses before they lock in Mid-July. We will send another update to ensure that you have updated your addresses! Please note: If your order is shipped to the wrong address, we will not replace your order! Please update your addresses! Mis-delivered orders will not be refunded or reshipped.
We have been asked about retail options for the pins--Once all Chibi Tail orders have been completed, the remaining RTS pins will be placed in and only sold as blind-gatcha bags!
Retail of Chibi Tail pins will be uploaded to our website sometime in September, once all orders have been shipped and confirmed received/delivered.

Production underway and important information about the future!

We are so happy to announce that production for our pins is underway! We are getting all the art submitted, and by next week, our pins will officially be in production!
Due to the ongoing tariff and trade war that has happened, we have had to pivot with our original manufacturer and ensure that shipping/customs would end up doubling or tripling the cost to our project! We have been able to confirm that shipping our items will have a relatively low tariff impact, so we are moving ahead and ensuring we meet our timeline!
We anticipate that pins will be in production from May/June
Will ship to us sometime in July, and we can begin shipping out everything by ethe nd of July/August!
We will continue to send updates and hopefully some BTS pictures of pins being made soon!
Thank you all so much for your support---especially right now. Small businesses are going through it right now, so we truly appreciate your patience as we navigate uncharted waters with this!

Survey's Almost Completed!

We are just waiting for a few more surveys to be completed, we are almost there and are just missing a few more! We will be starting production in Mid-April so please fill out those surveys!
We're so excited for the pins to be in production and will send another update once they begin! We will also share updates on the production process to keep everyone updated as much as possible!
